I stayed in my calorie range yesterday however I did eat at McDonalds, I had a filet of fish and a small fry. However I resisted the urge to get a milkshake cause it was literally killing me for a few minutes the other day. But thanks to my friend Amber she talked me out of it.
As for today goes, I'm babysitting my daughters cousin and am slightly frustrated. I've developed such a specific routine now that someone/something disrupting is making me cranky. Usually me and Norah would be doing laundry right now. But can't do that with him cause he pulls everything down. I'm not mad about him, just annoyed that I can't do my routine. How do you keep from snacking when you can't get up and move around? I'm a heavy boredom eater so the busier I stay the easier it is for me.
