One of my favorite snacks!

Just thought I would share one of my favorite treats that really satisfy my sweet tooth. Use any flavor Greek yogurt you like (coconut, banana, and lemon are particularly good!) and add 2 tablespoons ground flax and a sprinkle of almonds. That's it! It seriously makes it taste like pie or a crumble (or, in the case of plain vanilla yogurt, a graham cracker!!)

  Great idea. Also instead of flax seeds you can use chia seeds.
