3 mile logged with more interval week 3 day 2 program one, week 2 day 2 on other program. So I ran some three minute intervals the first program and 1 minute intervals on the second. Each program 30 minutes long and finished 3 miles in 1 hour still. I liked doing this I didn't get as board this way. Also turned on a movie and watched to keep my head up and not watching the time so much.
Ok, getting protein drink now, shower next, then on the go!
