OK - so any damage done was well worth it - hada lovely time with some awesome friends :) Iwas a bit more careful. The cocktails we had (I had slightly less in my glass each time so I knew I was having less overall) were fruit based, not cream based, and totally laden with fresh fruit too, which was lovely. We did have Chinese, and I could have been better with it, I didn't have salad as I said I would, but I was careful on how much of the Chinese meal I ate and felt full but not stuffed at the end, which means I must have eaten less than I normally would have if I wasn't trying to lose weight. I didn't have any of the chocolates or cakes, which I'm quite proud of too.
Today I'm making up for it - had a bowl of lovely, healthy watermelon for breakfast! :D
