My plan for Friday was:
Walk/run at least 30mins
- goal met, did 40
Eat healthy breakfast - it's continental here, not sure what they will have but I'm sure I'll find healthy options
- goal met! All very healthy!
We have not decided what we are doing in terms of lunch today, may go out and try to find a grocery store with cheap easy healthy snacks.
- didn't technically have lunch yesterday but did buy some trail mix for today.
Dinner will be out again. We have not picked a spot yet but there are healthy options everywhere :)
- went to a spot down the road. Had Mac and cheese with ceaser salad and a bite of Chris' food - could've been healthier but I already planned to enjoy every dinner out this weekend so no harm done.
Walk along beach tonight if rain holds off - 15mins
- we went for a 2hr walk along the town, beach was way too windy yesterday afternoon. Hopefully today.
We are skipping a walk/run this morning because it is thunder storming outside right now.
Hoping for at least a 30min walk later on today

Some ST in hotel room, not a whole lot of space but could do push ups, sit ups, static lunges, squats, bridges, jog in place
Read at least 15mins today
Dinner out , again this was one aspect of the vacation that I knew would be not as healthy and I'm ok with that, I don't do these types of vacations ever really so its a nice treat. We haven't picked a location yet.
There's a wicked storm out there right now. It's nice and relaxing. I am registering Chris and I for the 5K color vibe race coming to our area late September. Something for me to work towards.
