Here is my food journal for this week of monday- friday for my summer body challenge. Any feed back is well appreciated :D
Monday: Calorie Total: 1219
Breakfast- Chai tea latte with a cinnamon roll and a piece of toast.
Lunch- An apple, annies crackers and a bannana.
Dinner- Ice cream cone
Tuesday: Calorie Total: 1241
Breakfast- cliff bar
Lunch- corn, grapes, tomatoes, onion, yogurt, and ground beef.
Dinner- honey peanut butter sandwhich and milk.
Wednsday: Calorie Total: 2366
Breakfast- cherrios with milk and a bannana.
Lunch- mac and cheese.
Dinner- reeses blizzard, french fries, hamburger, shake, spaghetti.
Thursday: Calorie Total: 2260
Lunch- Bannana peanut butter sandwhich and grapes.
Snacks- Watermelon and hawaiian pizza
Friday: Calorie Total: 1421
Breakfast- egg with toast and fruit smoothie.
Lunch- chicken with cauliflower.
Snack- chocolate milk.
I try to consume only 1380 calories a day but as you can see I don't do to well following that, A friend of mine here on sp has told ideas to plan on meals on advance so I am going to try that this next week. Thanks Emellee82 :D
