Today I drank water with mint leaves. At first I didn't taste anything but within about 4 to 6 hours, I definitely tasted it. We have a small mint garden so I've been plucking leaves and putting them in water. I've also been looking on how to keep my drinks cool in my car while I walk on the trail. It's very hot and I don't have access to a cooler. Today's blog will be short since it's very late in the day. I cleaned up some of my room, which is great because I did cardio afterwards. I then went with Mike to visit his grandmothers until 4pm. For the rest of the day, I updated on my email and pretty much anything that needs to be caught up on.
1. woke up at 7
2. put some aloe lotion on sunburn
3. did 100 crunches (haven't done in awhile so I'm building up)
4. Bought apples
5. read 3 chapters
1.lose a few inches off my core
2.do a successful squat
3.finish my homework for the semester
4.clean my room
5.refusing sweets and treats
Also I measured myself today. I'm losing inches but I gained a pound.
