Running with baby
Saturday, June 29, 2013
So yesterday was finally a nice day out after 2 weeks of rain, I was definitely getting cabin fever. I was getting ready to go out then my cousin popped on by to visit me and baby. So I didn't leave until after 3pm, which is not a bad thing considering UV rays are strongest between 10 am and 2 pm. I hit the pavement walking at first, once I got on the pathway I got jogging. It was better then the night before, my urge to pee wasn't there as much. I use the Nike+ app on my phone and I noticed that my pace kept getting quicker even with my walking breaks. I feel so good knowing that it is getting better for me. Anissa slept through the entire run/walk, she must have been tired!
This morning I decided to step on the scale and to my surprise 148 flashed before my eyes. The scale is moving down! Adding in my activity is certainly helping. When I exercise I feel so much better and I eat better too. My stress levels are certainly getting lower, the in laws now visit when DH is home, so I have
my afternoons to get out and get active a do things with Anissa like swimming and meeting other babies.
I feel so motivated now!
