All day I did spurts of exercise! Mostly on my exercise bike. It is right next to my couch which faces the tv. I was sitting on the couch and thought why not get some exercise in? Well, I did it though out the day up to about 40 minutes. Sometimes I did 15 minutes, 5, 10...but I got up to 40 and that is what counts. Now I feel like I am being competitive and have to keep moving!
I even did another 5 minutes at 10pm!
Well, I will have to see how many minutes I can get in tomorrow. I usually do a lot on the weekend so we will see. This sure beats just doing one thing for 30 - 60 minutes straight! I will still do that from time to time, but right now this is working for me very well.
