Well I finally got to day 2. This week has been a challenge. My mom is in the hospital. She isn't doing well. I just haven't been in the mood to exercise. Today I had to force myself to go down stairs and get on the treadmill. I felt so good when I finished. I should have been doing this all along instead of just feeling bad watching TV.
Tomorrow is another day and I will remember how I felt after a good work out. emoticon
