Weight watchers and an update on mom...

Friday, June 28, 2013

I went and saw mom today and also got my hair cut. Jim Frye took me to do both. Here is my update on mom...

Mom is doing some better today though she still will not eat. Today
they gave her a salad along with tomato soup for lunch and while I was there she told me to eat the salad and I did, but, I left the tomato soup. All she is doing is drinking some ensure like drinks called Glucerna for her diabetes and also is drinking mountain dew diet.

And she is sleeping a lot when she is not taking therapy.

Now my weight watchers update...

This morning I was up by one pound and I know the culprit for that gain was a combo of leaving behind a total of twenty eight points plus for the week, even though I did fifteen points plus of activity.

And also it may have been that I am not drinking enough water as I opted for diet soda over water last week.

This week starts fresh and also starts with a question...even though it is now ten thirty at night...can I still get my water consumpation in?.

I have had thirty four ounces of water so far today out of seventy two ounces.

I am a male who weighs one hundred and twenty pounds and is semi much water should I drink a day?. I am also thirty two years old.

I do agree that the norm is 8 glasses a day. I stink at getting anywhere near that . I hope things improve for your mom. I will light a candle for her when I go to Church.

Usually, the norm is 8 glasses of water a day. Though I wouldn't get caught up now, or you'll be getting up several times during the night to visit the little boy's room, LOL
