Have a blessed week-end. Mine is busy - it started with
supper with a nurse friend, visiting 2 sisters, (who live
in different cities) and a friend, going to a baby shower
for my niece, serving on the altar at Church, giving my
testimony at a healing service, and the usual catching up
on paper work from the office.

Now that is a busy weekend. You will have to go back to work on Monday to rest up after your weekend activities. emoticon

Have you ever shared your testimony of healing in a SP Blog? If so, I sure would be blessed to read it.

God bless!

Enjoy your weekend Pat. Glad that you have a chance to relax and distress!

I know that the South Beach Diet gets the numbers going in the right direction.
Plus, Dr. Oz's book, YOU: On A Diet, highly recommends walking briskly at least 1/2 hour every day which should help with diabetes or at least prevent it.

So I am walking everyday with Maggie, several times a day.

But like I said, enjoy your weekend and have an awesome time! emoticon
