    Don't get down on yourself! Take it one day at a time and focus on what you can do, rather than what you can't. I started just a few days before you did, and I too have had ups and downs already, like eating 5 servings of trail mix in a sitting. I realized that I didn't have to feel guilty. I just noted why I did it (I was severely sleep deprived), and worked on getting back into a regular sleep pattern, which I still have issues with.

    Hi, it's ok to accommodate your life outside of eating healthy and exercising. As long as you promise to yourself to get on to these as quickly as possible. emoticon

    There is a positive in all of this!! You are thinking healthier and are more aware of how, when, and why you are eating! Good job! Just remember to be patient with yourself, take baby steps, and celebrate those victories, big or small!!!! Take care and don't be afraid to drop in once in a while!!! emoticon

    Hey, that's a GREAT start! Three days in is three days you've spent learning and working at taking good care of yourself! Rome wasn't built in a day.... We all start at the beginning and take one day at a time.

    If the changes you are making are challenging - well, that's NORMAL! Be patient with yourself, learn to listen to your body, and know every good choice puts you closer to your goal. When you slip - and everyone does - pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and know you have a network of people to lean on who've been there too!

    You CAN do this! You already are, for three days now! Keep Sparking!
