My task today is to blog about how I give in and solve it for the next time. I just recently wanted to eat anything and not worry about what it did to my diet plan, I'm still trying to fight this feeling off. I;m going to try to downsize my craving. Hope I can do it!!!!

    Great job on fighting the desire to sabotage yourself. It is so easy to do. I am a self proclaimed sabotager. I keep saying I will start tomorrow.
How did it go? How did you downsize your craving?
