I kind of dread going out to restaurants. It seems like wherever you go things are so high calorie. So much added butter and salt and whatnot. I want to be able to pick dishes that I will enjoy, but I don't want to blow my calorie allotment right out of the water. I've read a lot of tips on SparkPeople, like getting half of your meal packed up, avoiding heavy sauces... So we'll see, I guess.
