Was good yesterday - well mostly. I did take my vitamins and calcium - and did get my 4 glasses of water! Dinner last night was home-made pizza. But, i did limit myself to 2 small pieces and a big salad. So all was not lost.

Am thinking about a challenge for myself for next week. I would like to start going to the club again - have not been since our lives were turned topsy-turvy!! Will think about this some more. I was feeling so much better when I was going every day - just 10 minutes a day. And, now my legs are really bothering me again. So i know it is time. And, I know that once I do go, I will feel so much better!!

It has turned warm - in the mid 90s and a predicted over 100 next week. Will see. Thank goodness for A/C.
