Summer time allows for more flexibility in my schedule. The kids do not need to be on such a tight schedule so they stay up later and sleep in longer. The down side of this is that I still need to go to work and I find myself going to bed later and getting up later as well. Starting this coming Monday I am going to commit to getting up 30 minutes earlier and going to bed 30 minutes earlier. This will allow me the time to make even healthier breakfast and lunch options for myself and my family with less stress.
