Yard work has it all - bending, stretching, walking, etc.
I am so tired. I forgot I had muscles!
If you are bored of your same old workout - try to get outside!
Of course, keep well hydrated and pace yourself. Also, be aware of your risks regarding heat strokes, etc.
YOU know your limits.
I also take my granddaughter for a walk every evening and I try to play with her in the yard if it's not too hot.
Kids are GREAT exercise. Their spunk can get you fit!
