Day 12 of the 30 Day at home crossfit challenge

Today was the 1st day I didn't want to workout or at least not until later. It may be because the weather finally is getting hot and sunny! However I know that later we are busy so it was either now or not at all. So I went to the basement and cranked it out! And as always I feel great when it's done. I still have no desire to do any additional cardio but tomorrow is a REST or Run/walk 1 mile day so that's a plus! I may go for a long outdoor walk in the sun tomorrow!

Day 12:

AMRAP 15 minutes

10 pushups
12 air squats
100m sprint
10 inch worms (I HATE these!)
7 burpees
12 alternating lunges
100m sprint

In 15minutes I finished 3 rounds. Now I'm ready to sit in the sun and tan after applying sunscreen of course!!

    I also got maybe 4 hours of sleep so that probably contributed to my not wanting to workout!!
