This week has been very busy with trying to keep up with my eating journals and my exercise journals and trying to keep up with work, my son, and cleaning the house and checking emails and texting people back and blogging haha I feel a little stretched out at the moment but I know it will get better I just need to cool down and take things one step at a time
Oh Yea! haha. I haven't been showing any improvements on the scale lately but I believe it must be my eating habits this week I have been eating a lot of processed foods. I think I need to set more time aside to get meals prepared that are home made instead of constantly grabbing food on the go. My hubby ordered a huge pizza yesterday and I had 3 slices! Yikes! It wasn't too friendly on my calories. Okay well I will try and do better today and I am going to post my food journal for this week because it is a challenge for my summer body challenge :D Maybe I can get good input about it I know its not the best haha. Okay Have A WONDERFULL DAY!!
