This week has been very busy with trying to keep up with my eating journals and my exercise journals and trying to keep up with work, my son, and cleaning the house and checking emails and texting people back and blogging haha I feel a little stretched out at the moment but I know it will get better I just need to cool down and take things one step at a time emoticon Oh Yea! haha. I haven't been showing any improvements on the scale lately but I believe it must be my eating habits this week I have been eating a lot of processed foods. I think I need to set more time aside to get meals prepared that are home made instead of constantly grabbing food on the go. My hubby ordered a huge pizza yesterday and I had 3 slices! Yikes! It wasn't too friendly on my calories. Okay well I will try and do better today and I am going to post my food journal for this week because it is a challenge for my summer body challenge :D Maybe I can get good input about it I know its not the best haha. Okay Have A WONDERFULL DAY!! emoticon

Meal planning will help out a lot. When you have a meal planned and made, you are less likely to eat just anything to satisfy your hunger. I occasionally slip up too (I had pizza last night too as a matter of fact!). I just work out the next day and try harder from then on. The Spark People challenges help me out a lot as well. Keep going strong!

You are doing great! Don't worry about the pizza- that's why we work out! So we can enjoy those moments right? Just get back onto healthy eating the next day. You got this :)

I prepare our meals for the week every weekend. It makes things roll smoother during the week. No, "I am too tired to cook" moments because it is already done!

I recommend making 2 meals that you can make in quantity - like crock pot meals or casseroles or spaghetti (I use spaghetti squash for the noodles now- saves a TON of calories) Then one or two meals you can just throw in the oven. Like frozen fish or chicken- they take the least amount of prep and are great on week nights.

Keep up the good work :) emoticon emoticon
