At the beginning of JUNE, I set some personal June Focus Goals. As the end of June approaches, I did a quick tally to see where I am and where I have to hit it hard to succeed. Thought I’d share with the group – when others are aware and may ask how I did, I am more accountable.
1. Daily & Aerobic Steps
a)10,000 steps 5 Out of 7 Days
Exceeded this goal on Tuesday – as of yesterday, my daily avg was 20,236 steps!!. . .and counting. . .
b) 5,000 aerobic Steps each Week
Here, the party goes silent. . .
Avg steps thru yesterday was 3,864. . not quite the planned 5,000
Three more days left in June – if I reach 2,180 aerobic steps EACH day, I will just meet my goal. . hmmm…
2. Mileage Goal
a) 1,000 Miles by 9/17/13
As of yesterday, I have walked 519.02 miles
I will need to avg 5.8 miles for the remaining 82 days to meet my goal
3. BLC Step Challenge
56,000 steps each week which averages out to 8,000 steps each day
Last week, I missed this goal by 2,297 steps
My daily avg for the two days this week is 7,387 – need to up my game!
