Step One!!!!

emoticon emoticon As summer starts, I have been doing a lot of thinking. One thing I have done more of lately, is to focus on others, an d doing for family etc..then other than my leg, I let myself slide. One major place I have let slide is here st Spark's. This site has always been there, yet, I have not been here, why? I can not tell you.

So as I sit here and blog, I think that I am going to start and try and be good to blog twice a week. I am also going to try and log my food. I have been quite good at that, not the logging, but eating healthier and less. So now to try and track it.

Starting today with one step. Here I am and I am trying. My new laptop wallpaper says Believe in Yourself. I got it from here on Spark's. It sure helps to see it all of the time.

I find it very helpful to try to check in briefly with an active team, daily to keep me accountable and to keep Sparking topmost in my mind; chatting is easier than blogging, for me.

I am in about the same boat. I have lost track on tracking food but restarting today :) we need to help our selves so we can be healthy helping others :) good way to think about it. Take care
