Beach Running

So, my workout partner the Cowboy and I ran on Siesta Beach today -- barefoot. Totally tore up his feet. But, man, what a way to go. Tough Mudder Get Fit calisthenics followed. Then snorkeling. All around, a great start to the morning. He's agreed to start EVERY day off of his, that way. WHOO HOO! :D

    emoticon Congrats on the morning beach workout. I do a "Muscle Beach Bootcamp", and it's amazing how good it feels. Also found out that it activates very deep in your muscles. I love mine so much that I'm tapering off running. Enjoy. emoticon
