I am staying motivated and I am re-making my exercise habits!! I like how I feel when I lift weights and somehow I forgot that. Today is going to be speed walking and lower body ST. I will be walking on the treadmill instead of outside as it is way too hot!!
Today I am having a sleepy feeling day, no clue why, but I will work out anyway!!
