I was so tired yesterday. I could not stop yawning! The daughter and I went and did some errands and I got home earlier than usual. I could not keep my eyes open! I was talking to a friend and she said "it is your body trying to tell you that you need rest". Maybe... but maybe it is the depression trying to creep back... maybe I am just being lazy... So I figured a cat nap might be the best way to check... I even set my alarm for 30 minutes. I slept right through the alarm and only woke at 8:30 long enough to wash up and put my PJ's on. Then back to bed and I slept through until this morning. I feel great today! OK - so my friend was right. Sometimes we just need to listen to our bodies...

    I've been feeling the same way lately. I guess too much going on with both my kids graduating. I am exhausted! I guess I will try and rest this weekend to try and catch up. emoticon

    Listening to our bodies is great advice. Although it is a tricky line to I actually just tired or is it really something else? So glad to hear you feel great today!
