I woke up a few lbs ligther today! 346.4 ... so like, if I can lose a lb a day over the next 3 days, I might actually reach that goal of 343 by July 1st. I am going to try... I'm going to eat all anti-inflammatory foods and watch my sodium intake. Also, that green tea from the blog yesterday seems to really help boost my energy! Maybe I should keep a pitcher of it in the fridge at alllll times.

Yesterday I went walking... there's just something about walking that really makes my weight drop faster than anything else. Although, all of that swimming has really gotten me in better shape -- the stairs at the end of my walk in the park used to be very challenging, but last night they were about half as difficult as I expected them to be... I must have really built some endurance in the pool and with yoga. Note to self: I should go for walks in the park more often.. like, maybe every day. I can still do yoga, ST, sprinting, and swimming, but I feel like walking is very important to incorporate into my routine for sheer fat burning potential.

Breakfast: I woke up late today and just had 2 eggs.

Lunch: Curried tuna salad, mixed greens, and strawberries with green tea. Half a vegetable dragon roll.

Snacks: The other half of my sushi from lunch, jerky, pistachios, and more Green Tea. A peach.

Dinner: Today I'm making a grass-fed chuck roast in the slow cooker (seasoned with organic onion soup mix, balsamic vingear, and cracked black pepper) with baby yellow carrots, onions, and turnips. Also, roasted organic corn on the cob with umeboshi paste (Japanese picked plum paste). 3 oz Red Wine.

    I'm happy to hear you've had such a good past couple of days. It's such a magical feeling when the scale drops that consistently for awhile, isn't it? Your hard work is really paying off!

    Your food for the day sounds both healthy and scrumptious! I really have to try and drink more of that green tea myself. I don't drink it nearly as often as I'd like to.
