Have you ever heard the song, "Tequila makes her clothes fall off"? Well I had that situation last night, not with tequila but with exercise. LOL

I missed my lunch workout yesterday so I had to make it up in the evening. I biked to my son's baseball game. Sprinted home to beat my hubby with the car. (I WON!)
I got home dripping with sweat for biking so fast and coming up those hills. I figured I might as well finish up my workout since I was already dripping with sweat. I didn't change clothes because I didn't want to waste time and quite frankly, my capris and shirt were already a little sweaty from the biking. I only had 12 minutes of Cross Fit to complete so I thought what the heck.. why change.
My Cross Fit workout of the day was to do the following exercises for 12 minutes. I had to do:
25 double cross jumps (I just did regular jump rope)
I started the stop watch and I was off! Although I had a bit of a problem. I was super sweaty already and my shirt was bothering me and I had a tank under it so I whipped off my shirt. Then my socks were bugging me (I was doing this workout in just socks. No shoes.... not recommended). So I whipped off my socks.
Well then.... you see my capris are a little too big and with all the jumping they were falling down. So.....
I took off my pants too!
I ended up finishing up the workout in just my tank and undies. Hubby came down and goes, "what the heck are you doing"...."the patio window is open and the neighbors can see you". (Well it was dark and I don't think they saw me.) LOL... I didn't care. Those pants were bugging me and it felt much better having less clothes on. That 12 minutes was really long with all those burpees and jump roping.
I ended the workout by putting back on my clothes and telling my kids that it was safe to come down stairs. LOL!

Have you ever exercised in your underwear???
(Side comment.... I would NEVER do this in public. LOL)
