I'm having a challenging week to say the least! I've kept focus on watching my portions and getting workouts done.
This is the last week for a 26-week health challenge I'm doing for charity. Couldn't falter now just because I'm stressed! Tonight's workout will be my final day for the challenge! That feels really good.
It was tough to focus on my healthy habits this week but it really helped with the stress.
