I found a swim plan online that my fitness partner and I have been using. We both need something to keep us focused so we don't end up chatting away our workout time:)
We both noticed today that during our laps (1 50, 8 25) that we were less winded:) I couldn't believe how easy it was to adapt to swimming. We needed less rest time than yesterday. We also chatted about doing a TRI but the thought of open water scares the pants off both of us. Have to look for a pool one. I know they are out there just gotta find it!

I haven't gotten the pups out lately due to the high temps and humidity, but I did notice it is supposed to be cooler here next week! Back to getting those miles in with them:)
