Yesterday I didn't get much done. I wasn't wasting time, I just didn't focus on the goals I had set and worked on other items. I went to Costco yesterday and resisted the urge to buy food items that would make life easy but also would not be as beneficial for me as they could be. I did buy some organic raspberries to snack on over the next few days.
Today I feel very bloated. No doubt this is due to the incredible amount of carbs I had yesterday. I was at more than double my high number for the day. Whoops. Today they are going to be higher as well but I can work on reducing how high they will be. I need to stop stressing about things that are out of my control and just focus on those things that I can control...such as my carbs.
Hopefully this gain won't turn into one of the crazy ones that I have had over the past year or so. I really hope it is solely because I was way too high in carbs yesterday.
Goals for today:
At least 5 servings of freggies
128oz of water and tea-
Earn at least 60 points on transition task list -53
