Yesterday I didn't get much done. I wasn't wasting time, I just didn't focus on the goals I had set and worked on other items. I went to Costco yesterday and resisted the urge to buy food items that would make life easy but also would not be as beneficial for me as they could be. I did buy some organic raspberries to snack on over the next few days.



Today I feel very bloated. No doubt this is due to the incredible amount of carbs I had yesterday. I was at more than double my high number for the day. Whoops. Today they are going to be higher as well but I can work on reducing how high they will be. I need to stop stressing about things that are out of my control and just focus on those things that I can control...such as my carbs.
Hopefully this gain won't turn into one of the crazy ones that I have had over the past year or so. I really hope it is solely because I was way too high in carbs yesterday.

Goals for today:

emoticon 128oz of water and tea- emoticon

emoticon Earn at least 60 points on transition task list -53

emoticon Finish CE class emoticon

emoticon Earn 20 points on ABC challenge

    Being logical about our behavior with eating is half the battle, now the other half is don't bring home anything that gets you in nutrition trouble... emoticon Great work...keep moving forward. emoticon emoticon
