my count for journaling my food. Although it says Day #50 I've been really bad about journaling a full day of food. I'm going to keep it there for now to remind me that I'm suppose to be doing this daily.
This will be a good One Year goal to set.
Okay went to gym yesterday did my treadmill walk/incline to a 6!! I did 45 minutes as I was running a little behind schedule and had to be at church so...
One of our fellow Sparkers FITWITHIN posted on my blog yesterday that she walks on the treadmill increasing her speed every 2-3 minutes and inclines up to 15 and how she feels the burn! I was like
whew! I was on the treadmill yesterday walking at my 6 incline and there's this young free spirit next to me and she starts her walking and I glance over to see she's walking at a 3.2 and 15 incline (anybody else sneak peek). I'm at a 3.0 6 incline. I was like one day soon I'm going to incline to 15 yes you will Vanessa. Reading FITWITHIN's post to me from yesterday this morning I was like yep...that's my goal. I'm going to strive to reach that 15 incline by the end of the Summer! Can I do it? YES I CAN...
My boss told me once he runs on a 15 incline so I look forward to telling him I'm walking at a 15 incline. He can be such a butt sometimes when it comes to health and eating. We tease him that he eats undercover. Once he brought in some ribs that he cooked over the holiday weekend. We was like whaaaatttt...we thought he would only do chicken but they were pork ribs!
I'm quite excited to have a new goal.
I'm also quite excited to get my house back in order this weekend so I can start my in-house strength training routine. I'm going to spend today preparing my schedule and workout stations. See if I can find some pictures to stay motivated as well.
Well tomorrow is my big day...hopefully I remember tonight to get my side by side photo uploaded and figure out how to side by side the photo. Hope I don't forget to blog since it's a Saturday
