Slow and Steady

Just a weight update... it has been very slow going but now I am doing about a pound to a pound and a half per week. Sometimes it frustrates me but I have to keep reminding myself that slow and steady is the best way to lose weight. I might not be having big 4 lb weeks, but I am not a contestant on the Biggest Loser... I have all the time I need to get healthy and stay that way. I am now down 33 lbs from the day I gave birth with about 20 left to get to prebaby weight. And 27 to get to ultimate goal weight. I'll get there!
