Slow and Steady

Friday, June 28, 2013

Just a weight update... it has been very slow going but now I am doing about a pound to a pound and a half per week. Sometimes it frustrates me but I have to keep reminding myself that slow and steady is the best way to lose weight. I might not be having big 4 lb weeks, but I am not a contestant on the Biggest Loser... I have all the time I need to get healthy and stay that way. I am now down 33 lbs from the day I gave birth with about 20 left to get to prebaby weight. And 27 to get to ultimate goal weight. I'll get there!

Great job, great attitude and insight!

I am as of today 23lbs from goal! I have been doing J Micheal's workouts this week including her Yoga Meltdown I never stayed w/the yoga when I first go the DVD but am going to this time

last time I stayed with JM I was 1 lb away from goal, I think I wasted my money on other programs that were longer (JM is like 30 min) and took me time to recover so I never stayed with them long enough.

I am so glad to have U as my Spark Friend and thank you for the Advice on J Micheal's!
