Its summer time! And what makes this even more enjoyable is starting the summer 45 pounds lighter. I am very happy with my progress so far, but I must admit that I have been slacking off the last few months. It started in April after spring break. Funny thing is I am still losing weight because I am some what tracking Cal's, but I have not been working out and I am feeling the affects from that. So...goal for July, get in 15 minutes or MORE...of physical activity a day. I think I can handle that and try to get back into the swing of things.
