Its summer time! And what makes this even more enjoyable is starting the summer 45 pounds lighter. I am very happy with my progress so far, but I must admit that I have been slacking off the last few months. It started in April after spring break. Funny thing is I am still losing weight because I am some what tracking Cal's, but I have not been working out and I am feeling the affects from that. So...goal for July, get in 15 minutes or MORE...of physical activity a day. I think I can handle that and try to get back into the swing of things.

    I just wanted to check in on your and see how your summer is progressing....doesn't it make a huge difference to have lost that weight! Moving in the heat should feel somewhat better.

    I remember your first day on have come a long way and should be very proud of yourself. Remember it isn't how long you work out and is how you work out ie. correct form, intensity etc.
