I feel like me again after yesterday! I was much more focused thanks to all the encouragement from my sparkfriends! emoticon

Yesterday's goals:
40 mins of cardio - 40 emoticon
16 cups of water - 20 emoticon
low cal/under 30g of carb - yes and yes emoticon

Today's goals:
40 mins of cardio
16 cups of water
medium cal/under 30 g of carbs

Tomorrow is weigh in day for the 5% challenge, so far it looks like it will be good but I need to work extra hard to hit my 5% goal by my birthday.

    It sure is work isn't it!! Glad you feel better and so do it! It's like a let myself run amuck this week, and now feeling the effects from it. Your head sure does need to be on straight and focused to really make significant progress on this journey and this week I lost mine. Oh well, chalk it up to a learning experience!

I sure do hope you get your 5percent by your birthday!! Your consistency and willingness to change your plan with awesome strategies will definately get you there! You will make it!! And if I do not get the chance next week, Have a double awesome Birthday and 4th of July!! When I get back from vaca, we will fry this fat off!!! emoticon I will emoticon
