I feel like me again after yesterday! I was much more focused thanks to all the encouragement from my sparkfriends!
40 mins of cardio - 40
16 cups of water - 20
low cal/under 30g of carb - yes and yes

medium cal/under 30 g of carbs
Tomorrow is weigh in day for the 5% challenge, so far it looks like it will be good but I need to work extra hard to hit my 5% goal by my birthday.
