(These are pretty much the same as my posts.. But it's better for me to keep track of in the future. Sorry for duplication)
Starting to lose steam unfortunately. :( And I felt a little down. I blame my lack of sleep. The last week I've had less than 6 hours of sleep a night. Some nights, just sleeping 2-4 hours even. And I haven't had free time to relax in a while.
I didn't get to post yesterday. I didn't eat the enchiladas because we bought medium salsa and I didn't realize how spicy it would be. I skipped and got sushi instead. Not sure how healthy that was, but I figured it was better than any fast food.
I made the breakfast cookie for breakfast. It was interesting and surprisingly filling. We didn't have rolled oats. I forgot to buy them and we usually eat steel cut oats, so I used those. It made it really chewy and seemed like one of those energy bars. Someone used the chicken I was going to make sure lunch. :( I ended up eating whatever it was made into. Not as healthy, but I figured it was close enough. We thought we'd get home to make dinner, but we were starving... So we had sushi again. I'm about to put my debit card away because it's too easy to buy food that I probably shouldn't.
On the brighter side, I did do all my exercise according to plan. This is REALLY big for me lately because I haven't exercised consistently for a LONG time. My muscles are sore, but it's a good sore. I almost didn't exercise because I was tired when I got home... But now that I'm done, I feel great. Tomorrow I might start off with the exercise and hope it improves my mood earlier in the day like it did for me today.
