This weeks blogs is going to be short and sweet....I not only met but exceeded my goal of 2.5 lbs weight loss...I lost 6.3 lbs this week...I also met all but one goal for last week I'm having a terrible battle with insomnia this week...I have absolutely not seen 8 hours of sleep a night as a matter of fact since last Saturday I've only gotten about 20 hours of sleep...which has definitely made me non-functional at this point....So my plan of action is to see the doctor after an important test tomorrow morning for some sleeping aide...Hopefully get back on track with sleeping at least 6 hours a night and gradually increase to 8 over the next few days....
I exceeded my exercise goals last week with 846 minutes of exercise beating my set goal of 700 minutes
I going to cut that back down and try to stay within 600 to 700 minutes a week as I'm seriously concerned that over exercising may have something to do with me not being able to sleep or at the very least making it worst....
My only struggle this week is the insomnia for which I have no control over...I've done everything I can think of to quite myself the house, the kid, the television, the music, the electronic, and nothing has worked so it time to get some medical help for it...
My goal this week will be to get my doctor's help with the insomnia
loose 2.5 lbs this week
drink 10 glasses of water per day
eat my freggies
encourage my teammates
do my weekend challenges for the BLC
