Today was an extremely busy and highly stressful day at work. My mind was telling me to jump in my car and swing into a fast food restaurant. Instead of reverting back to my old- bad habits I refilled my water glass, logged into SparkPeople and grabbed a protein bar instead.
I'm happy to say I DID IT - I stayed on track. I conquered the urge to blow my diet. What a great feeling. (Note to self "remember how great you felt staying strong and sticking to your diet")
On the other hand - I do need to be more prepared and make sure I have healthy snacks available at my desk.
