Today was a good food day. But not a good exercise day. I gave myself Wednesday off from walking, because of my schedule, and had all intentions of getting a walk in today, but my schedule isn't allowing me to get that walk in.
I'm going to write my plan out here, so that I am held accountable to getting the exercise I need/crave in for the next few days.
Friday: walk during lunch,
Saturday : walk in the morning
