It is great at the end of the day and see that I stayed in my calorie range, made great food choices, drank my water and I am satisfied with my day! Food does not control me I control my portions. I don't eliminate foods I like, I simply eat what a portion really is as opposed to just eating. We all need food to survive I want to enjoy what I eat but within reason. I am already planning my 4th of July foods!
