The Exercise Challenge this week is take your fitness outside~take out your bike, jump rope outside, run sprints, swim, run hills, or just go for a walk. If the weather is bad then walk on a treadmill or use a video.

The Food Challenge is to cut sugars and eat a piece of fruit instead. Eat good & track your meals. Try for a gallon a day, but drink at least 8 GLASSES of water per day.

Well the inspiration is so fitting for me today. It should have been a wonderful day, my 1st born, my daughter Angel's birthday! but my life interrupted it. Due to the circumstances of what was going on I wasn't able to eat well, workout or even drink very well. Thank goodness to day is about over and hopefully there will be another day waiting for me tomorrow.
