I am really enjoying eating more fruits and vegetables and less processed food. I got excited about blueberries at the store. I have also discovered a great app that is like having a personal trainer right there while weight training. It gives you a list of exercises and there is even a timer for rest after each set. I just got back from walking and boy do I feel great. My legs are sore but that is not a bad thing. I sit on an exercise ball all day at work and that helps too. My stomach is getting tighter and my clothes are getting baggier. Hard work does pay off.

    You rock girl! If I sat on a ball at work - you would never see me over my computer monitors! HA ... but miss you! Keep moving .. we can do it! You always make me smile! :)
