Today I got up from the fat desk and started my new lifestyle change. Granted, I skipped breakfast which I know is the most important part of the day. However, I made sure I had a healthy lunch high in protein mixed with fruit and vegetables. I even passed on getting a McDonald's Mocha Frappe which is almost as an addicting as Diet Mt Dew. Instead I chose to come home to workout to the Wii Fit. Nothing like twenty-five minutes of step exercise to let you know how out of shape you've become. I originally planned to workout at home 4 times a week but now I am aiming for much more which should not be a problem since I have started a Wii frenzy here at my home with my children.
