    You have a great speaking voice. The more you practice the better it gets. First of all as in my blog last week, Just My Perspective, quit saying I don't like. You should try more food fixed in different manner or prepared with things that you like. Your mindset is the most important tool that you have. You have to change the I can't to I WILL try. I learned to eat many things that I didn't like. I have actually learned ways to enjoy them. Good luck, make it part of your journey to change what you like and do not like.

  JUST TAKE IT 1 DAY AT A TIME. THERE ARE TONS OF EXERCISE VIDEOS/WORKOUTS ON SPARK PEOPLE. MAKE USE OF THEM. AS FAR AS THE "HEALTHY FOOD; GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE. JUST TRY SOMETHING NEW--1 AT A TIME. UNTIL MAYBE YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR TASTEBUDS. I HAVE LOST 97 LBS IN ALL. & HAVE TOTALLY CHANGED THE LOOK OF MY BODY. BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY HARD WORK; BUT SOMETHING I KNEW I HAD TO DO IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO LIVE A BETTER LIFE AND A LONGER LIFE. YOU ARE SO YOUNG. IF YOU MAKE CHANGES IN YOUR LIFESTYLE NOW, YOU CAN ADD SO MANY YEARS TO YOUR LIFETIME. GOOD LUCK AND KEEP AT IT. YOU DIDN;T PUT THE WEIGHT ON ALL AT ONCE; IT IS NOT COMING OFF THAT WAY, EITHER.

    emoticon a filtered top bottle makes drinking water as close as the nearest tap- especially when bottled $ water is crazy space taker and robs the purse. Water can be the new best friend emoticon
