Never would I have thought that honestly tracking my calories would have such an impact on my life.
I had a checkup with my doctor and for the first time in 5 years I was down 10 pounds. I decided not to weigh myself at home because I want to focus on eating healthy and doing right by my body. But it appears as if my body likes healthy eating.

Oh I still eat out when I go to town. Today was a bacon bleu cheese burger with fries but most days I eat lost of fruits and veggies and lowfat protein. And I track it all!!!

This is real life living. Not DIETING!!!

I'm so grateful for my Spark Ladies who are there for me everyday!

    emoticon emoticon on the weight loss! I tried to fight the tracking part of the journey but I have figured out that it is an important part that I have to do in order to get where I want to go! Thanks for sharing your success!

    Tracking gives us AWARENESS...which is always valuable :-) I couldn't work my program without it!

    honestly tracking , does wonders.. it make you truly aware of what you put into your mouth. it holds you accountable and give you feedback..
