Never would I have thought that honestly tracking my calories would have such an impact on my life.
I had a checkup with my doctor and for the first time in 5 years I was down 10 pounds. I decided not to weigh myself at home because I want to focus on eating healthy and doing right by my body. But it appears as if my body likes healthy eating.
Oh I still eat out when I go to town. Today was a bacon bleu cheese burger with fries but most days I eat lost of fruits and veggies and lowfat protein. And I track it all!!!
This is real life living. Not DIETING!!!
I'm so grateful for my Spark Ladies who are there for me everyday!
