Focus on Me: Lost Track of the Day ;-)

Thursday, June 27, 2013

Today was a good day. I got a lot done and got some me time too.

Worked from home and it was great. No calls, no annoying emails, and no issues. emoticon

I had a good workout today:
Chris Freytag cardio sculpt
walk away the pounds

Made a yummy, fairly low calorie eggplant parm. Used Dominex all nature eggplant cutlets. They come breaded in whole wheat flour. I baked them in the oven, then assembled the eggplant. One serving came in at about 375 calories.

Got 10,000 plus steps in too!
Good day all around!

The girls were groomed today. Here is Ricki doing an imitation of a meerkat:

Ricki looks like she's on patrol. I see nothing...except that bird.

Wow! Sounds like you got your 120 minutes in no problem eh?

Your cat is a real beauty. Is she a persian? My mom has always been partial to them. We had a white persian when I was very small and then a blue persian (Smokey) until very recently. They are wonderful cats :)
