Thursday - PART TWO

Morning workouts are THE HARDEST thing to do, but it was THE BEST thing I could have done for myself today. I pledge, to do it again tomorrow, and will get 3 morning treadmill sessions in next week.

Through a jam packed day - I was focused and stuck with my food plan, had more positive energy, and focused on coming home to make a healthy supper and garden.

Now....going to grill some zucchini on the foreman. No, it didn't come from my garden. THAT'S going to take a miracle.
