Diet VS Lifestyle

Ok, in my head I know that I need to make lifestyle changes. My brain totally knows what to do, but my "heart" or "soul," or, most likely, my "belly" keeps pushing me to make unhealthy choices! Tomorrow I set a goal to drive by ALL the fast food places on my way to work without stopping. Sounds like a small step, but I drive past at least 6 different places, including 2 McDonalds. I know it's bad, but I really like the taste of a sausage McMuffin. I will make a green smoothie in the morning and drink that on my way to work. I think saying it out loud will help! This needs to be a permanent lifestyle change, and I know I can do it!

Diets end, lifestyle changes, if done right, will not end. Choices I make today will affect my health for many years to come, and I really don't want that to happen!
