How to gain weight

At first you're just tired, you've worked a long day and have zero energy after running all your errands. So you skip that day's workout with the intention of picking it right back up tomorrow. Then tomorrow comes and you have more errands and less energy, kids to raise, laundry to do, dinner to cook, blah, blah, blah.....Sound familiar? Then you look around and it's been forever since you've exercised and you have a few extra rolls to prove it. That's exactly what happened to me. Life got in the way of maintaining my healthy weight, and by "life" I mean lethargy and excuses (and also Taco Bell). So I've begun my self-improvement journey. And unfortunately I can't run to the self-improvement store and buy a couple of new and improved body parts. So here's to hard work, determination and sweat....and also I should send my condolences for the death of Taco Bell (at least in my house).
