I just got off the treadmill after 45 minutes. I'm determined to get these last 10 lbs. off! I also did 10 minutes of Pilates and plan to walk after dinner for another 20 or so.
Exercising: 75 min.
Motivation: My girlfriend visiting me in a couple of weeks.
Joy: A phone call from a friend I haven't talked to in a while.
Even with all the obstacles in my way, I'm making this happen!
