Yesterday was a good day overall. I had my usual toast breakfast and yogurt. My lunch was half a salami sandwich and some weight watchers string cheese. I also ate a steak for dinner.
Where things got a little crazy was wanting nachos (but I only ate three in order to stay in my calories) and I had a chocolate chip cookie craving so I made a half batch and only ate two cookies.
I stayed within my carbs, calories, etc.
I also exercised by cleaning the house.
